Privacy policy
How ΛSPECTUM uses the details you send through the booking and contact forms, how long we keep them and your rights under the GDPR.
Who we are
ΛSPECTUM, barber and beauty salon, Strada Vasile Lascăr 24-26, Sector 2, Bucharest. For any question about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +40 732 316 679 or use the contact form.
What we collect
Through the booking and contact forms: your name, phone number or e-mail address, the service you want, your preferred day and time and your message. When you tap the call or WhatsApp buttons we record only that the button was tapped and on which page, so we know how many clients come from the website.
Why we use it
To confirm your appointment and answer your message. We send no newsletters and never sell or pass your data to other companies for advertising.
Who else sees it
Form messages are delivered through the Postmark e-mail service (ActiveCampaign) and stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, both with GDPR safeguards. If you book online, your details are processed by the booking platform under its own policy.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking requests: at most 12 months. Button-tap records: 60 days.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. A technical script counts page views without identifying anyone.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and you have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
